This week WMC finishes end product quality testing and analysis for the annual publication of the 2025 Soft White Wheat Quality Report later this month. Also this week, WMC hosts trade team visitors from Kanematsu Trading and Kumamoto Flour Milling, and members of the Japanese Biscuit Association hosted by our partners at US Wheat. They are here to learn about the work we do and the results of this year’s crop quality survey.
