This week WMC Technical Director, Dr. Jayne Bock and WMC Manager of Public Projects, Dr. Andrew Mense, travel to Minnesota for the annual Cereals and Grains Conference to dive deeper into methods of analysis, science and innovations shaping the future of cereals and grains, with a focus on AACC approved methods of analysis. Dr. Mense will co-present with KPM Analytics on their findings using the Mixolab to predict Falling Number values across wheat classes. Dr. Bock will participate in the closing session to discuss how ongoing industry changes are impacting analytical needs of stakeholders.
